I wanted to capture a moment of peaceful motion in the landscape. I used loose, expressive strokes to paint the clouds, making the sky feel vast and alive. Saskatchewan is known as the land of living skies. They are an inspiration to paint but always a challenge to capture the moment.

This paintings is gouache on paper. It is 8x10 matted to 11x14. Choice of black or white mat.
