Drawing from 16th-century sazyolu style, ‘Ketab Naqsh’ features a central shamsa medallion framed by traditional bracket and miklep patterns. The elongated, flowing motifs echo the decorative language of the Ottoman era, particularly the time of Sultan Ahmed.

Created in the spirit of honouring ilm, the illumination reflects the classical belief that books are repositories of knowledge, and that their ornamentation is an expression of respect for what they hold.
