Sakina Dohadwala holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Art and Craft and only recognised her passion for Fine Arts a few years after graduating college.

As an Abstract Artist living in the ever expanding, concrete city of Bombay, India; Sakina seeks out nature to draw inspiration for her art.
She perceives art to be her gateway to a different world, one of quiet contemplation - a welcome respite from a busy, sometimes overwhelming city.

This conflicting set of habits has come together to form the identity and ongoing narrative of her art. Her flow comes from the juxtaposition of the world outside and the world within and that’s what she aims to explore through her art.
