An exploration on the Supreme Court Case of Loving vs. Virginia, the case that made Interracial Marriage legal in 1967. There is a mark for every year their marriage was considered illegal as they fought for love. The two skin tone sheets tangled into a three dimensional heart are representative of the honeymoon night they were arrested in bed together, and jailed for love. This piece explores the fight and people who made it free to love anyone of any skin tone in our county only less than 60 years ago!
