Organic patterns and textures inspire me. I use purposeful mark-making to represent them in my art. "Beautiful Wrath" was inspired by the stunning patterns and vibrant color contrasts of a lava flow. I sought to represent the dichotomous movement and beauty of this powerful substance through my unique textural style.
