I am a painter, printmaker, and scenic designer who dresses up as Elvis each January. I have lived the majority of my life in DC, relocating here from Detroit where I got a BA in Painting from Wayne State University. I paint and make political comics in my home studio, I print at Pyramid Atlantic’s studios, and I make theatrically-scaled pieces and set designs in Arlington County. My art practice also includes wacky, lowbrow events. Annually I produce Elvis’ Birthday Fight Club.
