Part of my whimsical Teacup Tweets collection. This painting depicts a pair of Scarlet Robins, a native Western Australian bird, along with a traditional still life composition of a china teacup, jug of tulips and fruit on a lace tablecloth. Plenty of warm colours and carefully observed detail and a soft, clasically-watercolour background.
