Po-Yan Tsang is a contemporary painter working primarily with oil paint. She was born and raised in Hong Kong and moved to Toronto, Canada with her family in her teens.

Po-Yan's works have been shown in solo and group exhibits at Gage Academy of Art and regional galleries including Gallery Axis, Magnuson Park Gallery, and Confluence Gallery. She is a 2022 recipient of the Artist Trust GAP Grant. 

She is a graduate of the Kang-O’Higgins Atelier at the Gage Academy of Art in Seattle. Before that she worked professionally in the software industry for over a decade and holds degrees in engineering. Po-Yan currently works from a studio space at the Equinox Studios in Georgetown, Seattle, WA.
