What can you do with a brooch that has no pin and most of the rhinestones are missing? You re-create a whole new piece of jewelry!
In this case, I created a sweet pendant and beadwoven "ribbon." This necklace came about from a lot I purchased which included many broken rhinestone pieces from the first half (or so) of the 20th century. I've also done re-cycled pieces for people who bring me their own old jewelry, sometimes that belonged to a mother or grandmother.
This necklace is 23 inches long. No clasp, it is draped over the head.
