Paint Parker Murals

The Paint Parker Mural Program was created for “tagging” prevention and facilitates the creation of new murals in areas where tagging has occurred along the trails and underpasses within our town. The program is a collaborative effort between the Parks and Recreation and Cultural Departments.

Permanent Exterior Public Art

Art in public places serves to enrich, stimulate and enhance the aesthetic experience in Parker. Public art also contributes to the town’s economic draw and is an ongoing education tool for the community.

Tiny Art

Young artists from Parker Performing Arts School and their families helped transform unlikely canvases into temporary mini masterpieces at O'Brien Park as part of a “tiny art” partnership with Parker Arts and Parker Parks and Recreation. Dozens of art pieces/spots are painted throughout the park—some more hidden than others—and all unique, creative, and charming! Those most of these pieces have faded and/or painted over, there are a few paintings on cement that remain.
