As a collaboration between Parker Arts and the Town’s Public Art Commission, several utility boxes and traffic cabinets along Mainstreet will be wrapped in the next few weeks with artwork containing themes of whimsy and science to transform these utilitarian boxes into beautiful and informative works of art!
