Charlotte is a painter and sculptor and is honored to have the opportunity to share her artwork with our community. The sculpture is a collaboration with her partner Ben (pictured standing right of the sculpture). With a studio gallery located in Berthoud, the two have been creating together for 25 years. Charlotte shares that “Abundance” is the first in a series of sculptures meant to symbolize trees, with their capacity to reach up and expand while remaining rooted in foundation, blooming in all seasons. She hopes her artwork will engage and inspire folks with its unique whimsical energy. “I often find coming upon outdoor sculpture is an unexpected delight. I feel it creates a little space, if only just for a moment, to slow you down, to get curious, have a little think, enjoy a short daydream, spin a small tale, entertain a memory.”
