She started right where she was and soon discovered His word was a light guiding her path forward; “This is the way home, walk in it”, and so she did and found He was there all along.

In this painting, the mountain represents our heavenly home. The pathway is our journey in life once we’ve come to know Christ as our Lord and Saviour. His word is the light that guides us along the way so we always know whether to turn left or right. As we grow in him we recognize his instructions, follow them and the fruit of the Spirit grows in our lives. We become a light for others and God uses us to help them find their way home too.
