Debi moved to Dallas, Texas in 1979 from the Midwest & has loved every second of living here!

After the relocation, she began a career as a commercial real estate broker in the Dallas market. She was able to benefit from the growth the Dallas CRE market incurred during her tenure & was able to create a name for herself in the male dominated industry. " I loved the challenges of CRE and I feel blessed to have had the opportunities to succeed & win business in a fiercely competitive industry", she has stated many times.

Debi & her husband of 40 years, George, moved from Dallas to a lake house in Athens, TX In 2022. Although she continues to work on brokering transactions with select clients, she has been able to focus more on her art work. For the past 30 years, she has traveled the world (Italy, Mexico, France, Germany, Austria, Budapest & throughout the USA) with fellow artists to attend on site workshops given by experienced artists. These trips were also opportunities to explore new cultures, interesting people, world renowned architecture, and the beauty of His work. These studies included watercolor, acrylic, oil painting & mixed media with a focus on figures.
