OTYO! (A Sigh of Relief) is a resource (or partner) for community-based organizations seeking to make positive changes in their environment. This partnership will support rural CBOs to become empowered and self-sufficient in helping their surrounding community members realize their full potential. By providing financial and technical support to community based organizations (CBOs) in rural Uganda, the quality of life and health of women, adolescents and orphans living in these communities can be greatly improved. Programs are in support of improved food security, health care access, health education and community empowerment.
