World and Water
Designed by artist Clark Ellefson, the pieces at Richland Library Northeast include a world map highlighting the proximity of the library to Columbia’s International Corridor and a free standing sculpture symbolizing waves and water. The map wraps the corner of the facade, while the sculpture stands in a median to stand tall and visible from Parklane Road.
The piece was designed by Clark Ellefson and fabricated in partnership with Stuyck Company, located in Columbia, SC.
