My grandfather collected several hundred Japanese Prints in the 1970s - 1980s. We currently have 260+ of these prints available to sell. They range in subject matter from landscapes, battle scenes, actors, intimate moments in nature to fairy tales. Our collection includes artwork from masters Hirsohige, Kunisda Toyokuni, Kuniyoshi, and many others. I always list as much information as I have for any print that is on display. I also have several PDF documents of receipts that I can share upon request in case you would like to investigate the provenance of the collection. Unfortunately, the receipts are not paired with particular works so it is not always possible to tell which work of art the receipt is referring to. My grandfather also had a memorandum drafted up in 1976 which states that he has a collection of authentic Japanese prints; this memorandum estimates wha the resale cost of the collection might be. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or if you would like a copy of the receipts / memorandum. Many thanks
