The Tower of Squares is intended to amplify Kent State?s global reach and visually embody the mission for the DI Hub, encouraging explorers in mathematics, science, architecture, and the arts to collaborate freely without barriers and discover new ways of thinking.
The Tower of Squares is a literal representation of all technology involved in 3-D design and realization. It also included the eye and the hand of the artist at its inception. The piece also compliments the geometry of the building.
