ARTIST: Chad Woody

STATEMENT: I wanted to try making something more like “decor” with cubes of different materials. At one point the working title was “Misunderstanding Cubism.” Then QBert came to mind, and I thought it would be funny to make him a living space above the collection of cubes, and a floor hatch where he could add to the hoard. Found materials drove the ideas.
