STATEMENT: Introspection focuses on self-reflection and the curiosities of the process. When we are consciously considering ourselves – whether in actions, ideas, motivations, experiences, or our physical natures – we enter a somewhat surreal space.

This place, devoid of others’ influences, is important to visit – but too much time there can distort our perception of ourselves. It can diminish our perceived intrinsic value and lead us to settle for a muted view of ourselves, instead of seeing vibrant, unique individualism.
