“Sassy Sunflowers in My Library#1” is a miniature quilt that measures just 10 x 10 inches. The quilt features a sunflower sashed by African pieces and bordered by a modern floral border.
“Sassy Sunflowers in My Library #1” was pieced and quilted on my machine. It is embellished with wooden, painted buttons.
The back of the quilt is a library filled with books. A label documents the quilt. I signed it on the front. It can be displayed on the wall with a small tack or tape, or it can be framed.
This small work of art is one-of-a-kind.
