A Woman of Sophisticated Substance #3

"A Woman of Sophisticated Substance #3" is a quilted wallhanging that measures 26 x 24 inches. It is part of a series of quilts. Each quilt in this series begins with a center block depicting the silhouetteof one or more elegant women. The embellishments convey a balanced life of fun and accomplishment and carry out the theme of substance and sophistication.

"A Woman of Sophisticated Substance #3" is embellished with a blue heart shaped crystal and blue beads in the basket. The words "celebrate", "fun", "party" , "BFF" and "succeed"are appliqued on the front of the quilt. The border is a colorful leaf motif embellished with light blue thread.

The fabric on the back is a blue and brown African print. There is a hanging sleeve on the back for easy display and a label that documents the quilt.

I signed it on the front and included a charm that says made with love. The women in this series of quilts are women after my own heart. Each quilt in this series is one of a kind and would be a great addition the office of any successful woman.
