"A Woman of Sophisticated Substance #11 features African women in the center block. The border fabric has a wine theme which is carried out with word applique. The words are "magic and merriment", "joy", and "fun and frolic".

I lovingly quilted this 20x25 inch quilt by hand.

The fabric on the back says "Put your big girl panties on and deal with it."

There is a label on the back that documents the quilt and a hanging sleeve for easy display.

This quilt is one-of-a-kind. I signed it on the front.
