Children's Department Mural
This mural was commissioned by the library in 2022, with financial support by the Friends of the Library, to brighten the youth services area with a joyful celebration of a healthy community. The familiar graphic novel style of illustration was chosen to resonate with youth, providing relatable artwork at eye level. The text that is in both English and Spanish celebrates the diversity of our community and encourages literacy.
