AZAN ART invited 50 contemporary artists representing diverse generations and nationalities, working across all disciplines, to participate at RANDOM BLACK, a group installation exploring the power, nuance, and symbolism of a single color: BLACK.

This show will be a bold visual and conceptual statement, a monochrome collective where artists are challenged to present one artwork using only black color.

In a world saturated with color and noise, RANDOM BLACK strips it all away. What emerges when only one color remains? Black can be the void, the origin, the end, the unknown, the elegant, the radical, the political, the poetic.
