Crop Over Visual Art Exhibition Consignment Agreement
Exhibition Title: Diffusing Border in Color, Motion, and Form - Re Connections
Exhibition Dates: August 8th to September 7th
Venue: National Cultural Foundation, Barbados / Queen Park Gallery
Consignment Terms:
Artworks on Consignment:
The artworks listed in this Collection are consigned to the National Cultural Foundation (NCF) for display and sale during the Crop Over Visual Art Exhibition.
The artworks remain the property of Nike Art Gallery USA, Inc. until sold.
Sales and Pricing:
The National Cultural Foundation will retain 30% of the wall price for each sold artwork.
The remaining 70% of the sale price will be remitted to the artist via Nike Art Gallery USA, Inc.
The National Cultural Foundation's accounts department will process payment within 30 days of the exhibition’s end.
Unsold Artworks:
Any unsold artworks at the end of the exhibition will be returned to Nike Art Gallery USA, located in Huntington, NY.
Delivery and Return of Artworks:
Nike Art Gallery USA, Inc. is responsible for delivering artworks to the National Cultural Foundation by August 2nd, with NCF paying all delivery and logistics expenses.
The National Cultural Foundation will ensure the safe return of any unsold artworks to Nike Art Gallery USA, Inc. by September 21st, with all delivery and logistics expenses paid by NCF.
Insurance and Liability:
The National Cultural Foundation will provide insurance coverage for the artworks while on their premises for the exhibition duration.
Nike Art Gallery USA, Inc. is responsible for ensuring the safe delivery of the artworks during transit to and from the exhibition.
Promotion and Marketing:
Agreement Termination:
In the event of termination, all artworks must be returned to Nike Art Gallery USA, Inc. promptly.
