Statement
My work is a visual archive of memory, place, and reinvention. I paint what lingers—neon motel signs, weathered facades, pop icons—fragments of culture that shaped who we are but often get left behind.
Drawing from the landscapes of the Midwest and the emotional terrain of personal history, I create bold, story-driven pieces that invite the viewer to slow down and look closer. Each painting is a conversation between nostalgia and now—a way to preserve what’s fading and reimagine it with new meaning.
Whether I’m capturing a forgotten roadside sign or the aura of a music legend, my goal is the same: to make the familiar feel luminous again.
Art, for me, is not just expression—it’s reclamation. A way to find clarity in chaos, to make meaning out of memory, and to turn what we carry into something we can finally see.
