As a life long art fan and student, my appreciation for art and the inspiration that follows, continues to grow. I've been creating ceramics on and off through-out my life and with renewed inspiration since about 2016. My art today is often inspired by classics, with a whimsical or humerous twist, sometimes a desire for a challenge, and always because I'm up for making something fun. Most of my work is created in my home studio, but I also very much enjoy going to adult ed at SBCC, where we have access to high fire kilns, and many talented inspiring artists.

Statement
My work is intended to conjure joy, and embody the possible. I love the idea of taking something ethereal and making it material, that creativity can be applied on a global scale, and that the first step toward having a world we want, is conceiving it.
