It all comes down to this: Tomorrow and today are conjoined, The present and the future, like a child and its family, shape each other, 24/7, with our dreams, our frustrations, our joys small and large and our mistakes large and small. The scope of these connections isn't limited but impacts the grids that connect our lives--and the spaces and ideas that we share.

In support I offer the fact that I took an image of the same young musician several months earlier, when he had been dancing in the crowd at the Northwest Folklife Festival. I didn't realize he was the same stranger until I was creating the layered work you see here.
