I was tempted to title this as "Coexistence." It would have gotten to the subject just as directly as "Freight" does. But I ended up favoring "Freight" for its instability, how is wavers between its commercial sense, something carried, and its personal sense, the baggage that each of us carries for the lives we leave. I also liked how that instability came through it the reflected reflections in the image and in the interplay of natural beauty, cityscape, and commerce. Even though it is a relatively new city, Seattle is fits the paradigm of capital-driven settlement, a sort of geographical version of corporate raiders: take somebody else's land, use its resources while they last, and then let the future pay the tab.
