Water is the source- of life, of healing, of power. Whether it is the vast ocean or my backyard pond, I continue to be inspired by the beauty that is found moment to moment in the light, shadows and reflections.

The painting begins with a layer of stenciled net patterns spray painted on the surface. From there, I allow the fish to reveal themselves and dive deep into the process of letting the painting unfold to reveal the mysteries of what lies Beneath the Surface.
