It was a new year, and I needed a new beginning to get the juices flowing. Flowers will always be close to my heart and always make me smile. I pour everything that encompasses my life into these paintings. They are a distilled representation of who I am, conveyed through lines, shapes, and spaces, conveying the joy, love, and excitement of living with lots of fun experimentation and wicked texture.  And doesn’t every vase need a table? There is no better table than hugs and kisses supporting and letting them shine their beauty.  My deepest desire is for one piece, one colour, or a movement of line to capture your eye and connect with you, sparking a little something inside you. Flowers do that for me. They always make me smile.
