Painting and creating are my ways of interacting and sharing with the world. Colour, line, movement, texture, and shapes are in constant dialogue, and I add, subtract, and explore until everything has been said and the canvas is quiet. Colour is my language; marks and shapes are my words. I speak with my hands; I paint to say what I can't put into words. Each element contributes to my creative process, a series of 'I wonder what' and 'I wonder if' questions, experimentation, and a 'why not?' approach. My art celebrates curiosity and experimentation, inviting viewers to explore their stories. Why black to celebrate flowers and life? To me, it's a colour that conveys strength and purpose, a stability that never wavers, and when we live our life with purpose, planting our seeds as we journey, the harvest comes in time. And then we get to enjoy all the riches we have spent the time cultivating. It takes time, commitment, and sometimes many sacrifices along the way, but one day, our seeds will bloom, and the beauty of everything you have created will come to life.
