My heart lies in expression.

I love sharing ideas, stories, aha moments, tips, garlic, spring red tulips, little bits of beauty, and just about anything else that passes through my life. My art lets me do that. Through calligraphic marks and movement, texture, colour, shape, memory, and experience, I get to share the way I see and feel the world… and honestly, I absolutely love that.

One of my favourite things is watching someone connect with a piece. Seeing them move in closer to discover the jewelled bits hidden in the layers. Watching them respond to a colour, a mark, a feeling, or simply the visual pleasure of the work itself.

And then there’s the magic of seeing a space come alive with the chosen piece. That feeling when you walk into a room and it suddenly feels more like yours somehow. Like both the art and the room get to shine a little brighter together.

That experience never gets old for me. It humbles me and brings me so much joy.

I feel incredibly blessed that I get to paint and express myself for a living. That I get to share something that might brighten a small moment in your day — whether that’s while brushing your teeth, sitting quietly with a glass of wine, or simply scrolling through my website or Instagram.

I love thinking that maybe my work brings a little pleasure into your day. A little colour. A little aliveness. Maybe even a reminder that beautiful things can happen when we follow what pulls at our hearts.
