We found Uncle Bumpy in a quiet neighborhood named Noisy-le-Sec near a school. I always try local food and this is as local hole in the wall as you can get! A walk up French soul food spot with menu items named after U.S west coast rap songs. I highly recommend finding this gem if you are ever in Paris.
