This plein air sketch was completed on a clear day in early fall of 2021 in Forest Park in St. Louis. The view encompassed a large field of goldenrod and asters with the Chase Hotel in the background, literally an urban landscape. This painting was sold through Green Door Gallery on December 15, 2021.
