No Trucks

“No Trucks” was completed during the Quick Draw competition event at the Ohio Plein Air Society’s 19th Annual Plein air Competition event. This was my first live competition, and this price is my favorite of all the works I did those 3 days. I chose this scene because I liked the way the light was brightest reflected off the wet street surface and the crooked speed limit sign lended additional character to the suburban locale.
