Glacial Lagoon Studies Open Edition
These etchings play with pattern, depth, and scale, looking like both close ups of algae covered ice and aerial views of the tundra and sea. Several use a stencil in the shape of highlights on a block of ice I took photos of in Svalbard in 2019. I made them while developing new work about fog, ghosts, deep time, and ice as a storyteller.
