- Signature: the heart of the canyon is Colorado River, the heart of the shadow is the rare condor, the heart of the condor is the canyon, Grand Rapids, in a few years, not millennia, shadow and light, confliction, underwhelmed after being overwhelmed for days
Far below in the heart of the the bird's outstretched wings is the Colorado River which continually moves among these walls of many colors and shapes forever sculpting the landscape. Grand Rapids as it is called that is just below here wasn't formed many millenia ago but several years ago. Before that it was a smooth ride for those who float it. A couple of hard rains and now you have Grand Rapids.
