Masha Schwartz Art

Surreabstract Creativity is a continuous metamorphic state of mind in another dimension present on earth.
MessageFor Masha Schwartz, art is more than a passion. It's a lifelong calling. Born in Ukraine in 1982 and now based in the United States, Masha has built an internationally recognized creative movement around her signature Surreabstract style. This unique fusion of surrealism and abstraction sparks curiosity, encourages self-discovery, and brings emotion to life through bold, expressive visuals.
Masha's journey started with a deep desire to challenge the expected. As a student, she rejected traditional techniques and developed her own visual language. That bold step evolved into a full creative philosophy that powers Masha Schwartz Art and the Surreabstract Creatives movement. Her work helps people reconnect with their imagination and use art as a tool for transformation.
Influenced by Salvador DalĂ's "critical paranoia," music, immersive storytelling, and digital media, Masha continues to push creative boundaries. She holds degrees from Towson University in Graphic Arts and Marketing, an MBA from Phoenix University, and a Doctorate in International Business from UMGC. With both artistic and business acumen, she has launched ventures like Vivid Connect to help creatives grow their global reach.
Since 1997, Masha's work has been exhibited worldwide, commissioned for private and public murals, and acquired by collectors who value both emotional impact and artistic vision. Her work goes beyond decoration. It invites reflection, healing, and new ways of thinking.
Masha is especially passionate about using art as a pathway to well-being. She teaches Surreabstract techniques to individuals navigating ADHD, depression, and trauma. Her future vision includes a mobile living museum where children can create art side by side with professionals around the world.
Whether enhancing corporate environments, transforming private collections, brightening a family's living space, or elevating public places, Masha's ultimate goal remains the same: to unlock creativity, spark untapped potential growth, and remind us that art has the power to heal, connect, and inspire our best selves.
Statement
Every morning, I wake up empowered by the person I've grown into and motivated by the person I have yet to become. I compete with no one but myself, so I can experience the pleasure of being Masha Schwartz.
People often say I come up with a brilliant idea every six hours. If I monetized them all, I'd be a billionaire. Instead of letting ideas fade, I capture them in sketchbooks and journals, from raw drawings to full creative ventures.
My art continues to evolve. While acrylic on canvas is my main focus, I also work with murals, watercolor, ink, oil, photography, and digital formats. I treat every piece as a chance to explore and grow.
Art is how I move through the world. It's my thinking tool, my mirror, and my way of inspiring others. Every work reflects where I've been and where I'm going.
