This painting is inspired by the Kachaturian's Masquerade Suite - Waltz. The image is based on an Armenian legend of a princess escaping on a horse. The shattered planes indicate the movement of the blue horse and the wild rhythm of the music, combined with melodic lines and warm colors. Painted in my studio in Prague, 2015
