Manasquan Fisherman's Cove is one my favorite places to plein aire paint. It is located just west of the inlet and is tidal. The land, beach and sky are ever changing depending on the weather. This was painted on a day that was primarily cloudy but in the afternoon, the sky started to lighten up. This produced amazing colors on the water.
