As part of Long Beach Island Plein Air Event, I painted this one afternoon in Holgate. There was a lovely spot where you were above the beachgoers and to the side to capture this view of all the umbrellas. The tides was high so people were closer to the dunes and not as spread out as when the tide is lower. The light was strong and produced some wonderful colors.
