This piece is the first done about the nuclear disaster at Fukushima, Japan. I feel that my voice as an artist can focus on a topic that represents a harm to our environment. The triple meltdown at the Fukushima Daiishi power plant, five years later, is still threatening the water and air--possibly throughout the world. I have done art work for many years about my concern about the degradation of our environment by humans. This foray into "nuclear" is eye-opening and all frightening.
