The Fukushima Daiichi triple nuclear meltdown contaminated the soil in the Fukushima Prefecture and also nearby. The Japanese government is attempting to clean the area by digging up the soil. They want people to return to Fukushima. The soil cannot be cleaned. The people are depressed, suicidal and at a lost as to what to do even five years after the meltdowns.
