I had gone far west of Dublin, and walked the woods of County Clare with a spiritual friend. The cloudy sky brought out the details of the trees, lichens, and moss all around us. Here I have evoked the feel of these woods, who enveloped and sheltered us as we walked and spoke of things close to our hearts. This abstracted image in purples, violets, and greens is printed on a metallic surface, giving it just a hint of the magical feel of this quiet grove.
