Steel's Motel was built in the 1940's on Ventura Blvd in Sherman Oaks, it was a beautiful motel with a pool for the guests picturesque grounds and this fabulous neon diving girl sign. sadly the motel was demolished in 1988 for a development but the sign was saved by the Museum of Neon Art and it resides at Universal Studios theme park.
