Mark Leavens' paintings issue a sense of instability and question permanence. He is a Texas-based artist living in Louisiana. He has received a bachelor's degree in painting from The University of Texas at Austin and is currently pursuing his Masters's at Louisiana State University. Mark has exhibited at galleries such as Co-Lab Projects in Austin, TX, and Bill's Junk in Houston and has been a part of group shows around Texas.
