“Roiling” finds its context within my exploration of the transient nature of existence and the selective preservation of what endures. Part of my "Natural Consequence" series, this work This cyanotype depicts roaring water on cotton which is then stretched over canvas. Ferns and leaves are incorporated to symbolize environmental fragility and embraces impermanence, echoing the uncertain fate of both mundane and precious aspects of life.
