“Flotsam” finds its context within my exploration of the transient nature of existence and the selective preservation of what endures. Part of my "COLOR STUDIES" series, this work embraces impermanence, echoing the uncertain fate of both mundane and precious aspects of life. Influenced by the tumultuous backdrop of recent years, the series uses vivid color and turbulent images to reflect life's fleeting essence. This cyanotype depicts roaring water on neon fabric and incorporates found objects to symbolize environmental fragility.
